Today’s Pixelmon Token Airdrop Fuels Rush for In-Game NFTs
Today at 9:30 am (UTC), Pixelmon – an Ethereum-based NFT Pokémon-inspired game – is set to release a significant amount of the $MON token, sparking an NFT buying frenzy.
According to a recent post X, More than 180,000 eligible wallets will receive the tokens via the Mon Protocol: holders of specific Pixelmon NFTs, ‘Kevin the Adventurer’ players, PixelPals ‘Farm2Farm’ contest participants, and $MON presale contributors.
According to these requirements, Pixelmon game NFTs rose to third place in CoinGeckoexperiencing a remarkable 278.7% increase in turnover in just 24 hours, driven by an impressive 4,941 new sales.
Consequently, daily transactions for Pixelmon NFTs increased to $1,360,910 (349.31 ETH), setting a floor price of $2,822.67 (0.72 ETH) for each NFT and increasing the project’s market value to a whopping $35,469,697 (9,104 ETH).
