NFTs are already part of art history
Yes, there has been hyper-financialization in the NFT space, but money is not a dirty word in art. Money and art are interconnected. NFTs, because they are so transparently connected to the content being produced, are not a negative thing from my perspective. That being said, in the last two years, because of the bear market, there hasn’t been as much movement. People had time to really focus on their projects, spend more time building and understanding what they want to communicate. There are fewer people playing something out there, trying to make a lot of money and then moving away from the ecosystem.
