DMarket opens week as the best NFT in daily sales

DMarket emerged as the top-ranked non-fungible token (NFT) collection on Monday with a daily sales volume of $842,038, which represents a 1% increase from the previous day.
The collection had a total of 36,900 transactions, involving 4,304 unique buyers and 3,555 sellers.
DMarket is a Mythos-based collection that represents items from popular games like Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2, both of which feature in major esports competitions. The International 2021, a Dota 2 tournament held in Bucharest, Romania, had a prize pool of US$40 million, the largest in the history of esports.
DMarket’s market-leading daily sales on Monday brought its all-time sales volume to $422 million, now 16th all-time.
The second position of the day was taken by Solana’s Monkey Business, with daily sales reaching US$802,328. This collection had a total of 148 transactions, involving 74 unique buyers and 77 sellers.
Pudgy Penguins secured third place with a daily sales volume of $703,920, a big jump from $143,138 the previous day. The day’s top Ethereum collection achieved this with just 19 transactions.
Other notable collections include Bitcoin’s NodeMonkes and Solana’s Mad Lads. NodeMonkes recorded a daily sales volume of $672,683 with 33 transactions, while Mad Lads followed with $570,755 in 41 transactions.
Last Thursday, NodeMonkes led the NFT market to flip SATS (a BRC-20 package) to claim the all-time leading spot among Bitcoin-based collections.
DeGods experienced a drop from the previous day’s sales of more than $1.1 million and generated $564,417 in sales on Monday, dropping out of the top five.
Mutant Ape Yacht Club, on the other hand, saw an increase to $355,212.56 in daily sales for sixth place.
Bored Ape Yacht Club, the parent project of Mutant Ape Yacht Club, trailed its spinoff collection with $350,481.46.
BAYC is the second largest NFT collection in the world by historical sales volume, with US$3.14 billion.
