Claim Free Lumi Fragment NFTs Daily with Lumiterra’s New Mint Event to Earn Potential $RON Rewards

The developers of the online open world survival crafting game Lumiterra are looking to reward their community with $RON opening a claim page that allows players to collect free Lumi Shards every day for a chance to win token prizes.

How to claim

Claiming is easy: just go to the official mint page linked at this tweet to connect your Ronin wallet. Once connected, you can mint one shard per day by paying a small gas fee or using free gas vouchers if you have some left. Once the transaction is successful, the page will direct you to follow the game’s official Twitter account/X and encourage you to leave your Ronin address in their latest tweet for a chance to get a shard airdrop. The claim limit resets every day based on UTC+0.

By collecting as many of these shards as possible during the upcoming closed beta test, you have a chance to be part of “something epic,” according to the announcement. The claim page teases a random number of $RON tokens to earn 10 Lumi Shards. In addition to this potential token airdrop, players will be able to trade these shards on the Mavis Marketplace and eventually use them to craft various items.

Last month, Lumiterra migrated to Ronin to bring better Web3 gameplay by leveraging the network’s low fees while making it more accessible to a wider audience, but it looks like they’re now celebrating the move with this mint to earn campaign. Back then, it was also announced that a closed beta test was planned to take place this month. Since then, it seems like we still don’t have any official start date, but with more than half of the month gone, we can probably expect to see some new features soon (if not delayed).

Along with this event, the studio is also hosting a series of whitelist giveaways for the closed beta test on the game’s official Discord server. If you want a chance to get into what is the game’s first beta on Ronin, you’ll probably want to try your luck with these whitelist giveaways if you want to test out the Web3 title early.

What is Lumiterra?

Lumiterra is an upcoming free-to-play Web3 MMORPG featuring survival and crafting mechanics. Players embark on solo or group adventures through a dynamic and cute world with day and night cycles and random events while engaging in action-packed fantasy combat using a variety of weapons and skills. Unlock a variety of passive and active skills that aid not only in battles, but also in farming and resource gathering.

In addition to defeating challenging bosses and enjoying PvE dungeons, players can also work together on their own farms, capturing tamable and trainable monsters that you can care for as they help you tend to your farm. Plant a variety of different crops in accordance with the game’s seasonal weather changes as you make use of your farming skills as you tile and fertilize your way to a diverse and thriving farmland.

The game’s ever-changing world consists of colorful 3D and 2D visuals viewed from a perspective similar to that found in the indie hit Don’t Starve. This open world is divided into Peaceful, Dangerous, and Chaos Zones. There’s no PvP in the first type, but as you venture into the other two zones that span the majority of the world, expect to engage in real-time PvP combat that you have to activate using a PvP switch in Danger Zones, while Chaos Zones simply allow you to attack freely without any safety switches. Despite this difference, you can still attack anyone in Danger Zones, regardless of whether they have the switch on or off. If you die in these areas, items in your backpack have a chance to drop, while items in storage are completely safe.

Previously playable by downloading a Windows, Mac, or Android version on the indie-focused platform itch.io (as well as iOS on the App Store), you’ll now have to wait for the Ronin Edition to go live to jump in and enjoy the journey in this MMO while earning various NFTs and token rewards in the process. All in-game items will be tradable NFTs.
