Bitcoin hits $67,000 high, meme coins surge
Cryptocurrency prices displayed bullish momentum today, sparking optimism among investors across the sector. Bitcoin (BTC) price hit a daily high of $67,000, while altcoins Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), and XRP were trading mostly in green territory. Meanwhile, the meme coin sector also saw notable gains, with Dogecoin (DOGE), Shiba Inu (SHIB), Pepe coin (PEPE), and others seeing price increases.
At the same time, the global cryptocurrency market capitalization increased by 3.48% to $2.42 trillion. In addition, the total volume of cryptocurrencies jumped by 19.98% to $83.29 billion.

Bitcoin Price
THE BTC Price Bitcoin price has seen a remarkable 4.16% increase in the last 24 hours to reach $66,696.60. The cryptocurrency’s 24-hour low and high were recorded at $63,416.87 and $67,442.64, respectively.
Bitcoin dominance increased by 0.30% from yesterday, standing at 54.16%. The market cap of the flagship cryptocurrency stands at $1.32 trillion.
Soso Value data shows continued inflows into Bitcoin ETFvalued at $383.6 million, excluding ARKB data from Ark Invest. This is in line with the coin’s increasing price movement.
Ethereum Price
At the same time, the ETH Price Ethereum gained 2.55% over the past day to reach $3,502.42. Ethereum’s 24-hour lows and highs were recorded at $3,377.88 and $3,540.59, respectively. It is worth noting that the cryptocurrency’s market cap stood at $420.99 billion today.
Solana Price
SOL’s price chart showed a 6.63% increase at press time to trade at $170.73. Solana’s 24-hour low and high were $159.45 and $171.69, highlighting phenomenal bullish action.
Additionally, a recent report from Santiment highlights the imminent $200 target for the cryptocurrency, amid 33% gains seen since July 4.
XRP Price
At the same time, the XRP Price XRP recorded gains of 4.38% to reach $0.5805 today. XRP’s 24-hour low and high were $0.5426 and $0.586, respectively.
DOGE & SHIB Price
Dogecoin saw its value increase by 3.88% to $0.1255, while SHIB saw a 1.26% jump to $0.00001781. It is worth noting that these price increases come amid massive accumulations of SHIB and DOGE, according to data revealed by Whale Alert. Nearly 2.7 trillion SHIB was pocketed, while 800 million DOGE was accumulated by whales over the past day.
PEPE price climbed 4.14% to 0.00001217, while BONK and Mog Coin emerged among the biggest gainers of the day.

Bonk (BONK) price increased by 21.19% to $0.0000323.
The price of Mog Coin (MOG) climbed 17.85% to $0.000002222.
Arweave (AR) price increased by 14.01% to $33.79.

MANTRA (OM) price fell 1.65% to $1.27.
Lido DAO (LDO) price slipped 0.37% to $1.94.
Nexo (NEXO) price fell 0.22% to $1.25.
TRON (TRX) price followed, sliding 0.22% to 40.1347.
Nonetheless, BTC gained 0.10% while ETH climbed 0.07% during the hourly time frame, sparking some optimism about cryptocurrency prices today. Altcoins mostly followed this move higher, although SOL slipped 0.84% during the same period.
